Healing through nature is about gentle slow change, step-by-step changing daily . We walk together, side-by-side and change over time , I meet you at home, I meet you where you're at and we design a path forward . Not where I think you should be, not where the world tells you to be — where you are, right now. And together we walk from that place towards where you want to be.
What to Expect
Walk-and-talk mentoring is simple. We walk, we talk, and we notice what is happening in your life and body. We have a custom client intake to help you design a healthy daily routine that fits into your life. There is no desk between us, just honesty and the path ahead and the space to be yourself.
Why Nature Helps
Being outside helps calm the nervous system. Moving our bodies makes it easier to talk side-by-side and helps you reconnect with the natural world around you helps you feel less stuck in your thoughts.
Your First Session
Our first meet-up is relaxed , we go over where your at where you want to get and how we will get the together . We start at your home and we go at your pace and choose a path that feels right for you. You can stop, sit, or rest any time you need.
Everyday Life Skills
We support your goals by rebuilding your self belief and inner confidence , though small simple changes. Together, we can create simple routines that help you feel more connected to your local community and your own mind and body.

A little about me
My name is Jerome. A few years ago I was overweight, exhausted, medicated, and disconnected from almost everything that mattered to me. I couldn't see a way forward, I didn't love myself, and I'd stopped believing things could change.
Over the last year I lost 60 kilograms, came off my medications, and rebuilt my life from the ground up — not through a program, but through belief , love, kindness, honesty, patience, and walking. A year ago I couldn't manage a flight of stairs. Now I walk 8–10km most mornings with my dog, Sully. Walking in nature isn't just exercise — it's a daily practice that changed everything.
I'm not a doctor, a personal trainer, or a therapist, and I don't pretend to be. I'm someone who started caring, faced the things I'd been running from for years, and found his way back to himself through small, simple changes and living more naturally. I've lived through mental health struggles, family breakdown, alienation, and poverty. I took the long road back from rock bottom, and I learned that healing doesn't only happen in a doctor's office.
I'm also a writer. My first book, I Started Caring, tells the story of what happened. My next, A Sacred Return, is about the hard inner work — what it means to come home to yourself after losing your way to your wounds, fears, and doubts. So if you're carrying more than just extra weight — something in your body or in your heart — and you're ready to put it down and start moving, I'm here. I'll walk alongside you and help you build a daily routine that leads you back to who you are.
